Sharon is a Licensed and Certified Massage & Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist  with a passion for neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release gua sha and ba guan. She holds a degree in Holistic Health, minoring in Orthomolecular Nutrition and  is also a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Certified Master Herbalist, Pilates/Yoga Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Reiki Practitioner, Childbirth Educator and Doula. Sharon is studying to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner while completing her Doctorate. She is also a Graduate of the London College of Osteopathy.

She enjoys wild-crafting and making herbal remedies for an array of different wellness needs.  At home she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, animals and experimenting in the kitchen. She hopes to one day have her own thriving  all natural apothecary to help meet the wellness needs of her family and community.

Sharon is an avid autism spectrum researcher and advocate. She enjoys attending continuing education conferences and speaking to others about the benefits of massage and bodywork for autism, SPD and musculoskeletal pathologies. She also serves as a Biomechanics & Musculoskeletal consultant for VerteCore Technologies and is the Director of Clinical Assessment.

Currently, Sharon is developing preventative health & wellness classes that will be open to the public; contact us for more information. Helping clients manage their chronic pain, avoid harmful drugs, prevent unnecessary surgeries, and improve her client's quality of life are Sharon's primary goals.

Sharon is awesome! She is very informative and thorough. Came in with a headache because my back and neck muscles were so tight, now I just need my chiropractor.
