Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT refers to the "Emotional Freedom Technique" and is a powerful self-help method based on scientific research which shows that emotional trauma and negative or distressing emotions can have large effects on physical health as well as a reduced capacity to lead a joyful and meaningful life.
