Trx Suspension Training

We approach the TRX as if it were another piece of Pilates equipment.  TRX is set apart from other equipment in the unique way it creates a constant point of instability, making you work your core pretty much the whole time you're using it.  Most people experience an unexpected level of cardio work and find it appeals to the inner body-builder.  It offers great athletic cross-training possibilities with it's a wide range of plyometric (jumping) work, and a place to take your Pilates shoulder work when you've plateaued.  It also offeres a bit of extra support to work on your squats and other things if you're recovering from an injury.
