This class encourages dance and movement in a creative space that promotes joy, fun, and healing. No experience with yoga or dance is necessary. Yoga Dance is a simple and fun way to get moving, combining basic yoga postures and simple dance moves with music from around the globe. Each class will start slowly, and then increase in activity level as we move through the energy centers (chakras), and ending with relaxation. The Yoga Dance experience is a fun and safe way to dance your way to health and joy!
