Zohra Awan is the founder and owner of Princeton AcuHealth. She is board-certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and is licensed by the State Board of Medical Examiners to practice Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Using acupuncture, cupping therapy, and herbal medicine, Zohra treats a wide range of conditions, including pain, acute and chronic ailments, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions, autoimmune disorders, digestive disorders, and gynecological disorders. Her special areas of focus include Women's Health, Fertility and IVF support, and Pediatrics.
Zohra's treatment plans are customized to address each of her patients' individual concerns and unique constitution. She assesses her patients' complete health picture to not only relieve their symptoms, but address the underlying cause of their condition. Elimination of symptoms is just the beginning of one's journey to optimal health. It is when the mind, body, and spirit are in balance with each other that one can truly function at their best, and acupuncture and related eastern therapies are very powerful tools in helping to achieve that balance.
