Julia von Flotow first came to holistic healing looking for a means to restore her health
and balance after an auto-immune health crisis that changed her life.
Her own healing journey, guided by extensive training with diverse energy healing modalities and teachers led her to become a Reiki Master in 2005 and aTherapeutic
Touch Recognized Practitioner in 2008 and a Teacher in 2010. Julia’s
passion lies in helping her clients live authentic, mindful
lives - lives that boost their immune function and make them feel fulfilled and happy. Today, through the
Therapeutic Touch Institute
, she founded in
2014, she offers Therapeutic Touch basic level workshops,
continuing education programs, practitioner training and development
programs and healing and coaching sessions to individuals who want to
improve their health, well being, self-management and personal
leadership skills. She also offers Reiki and Reflexology sessions and integrates coaching in the healing sessions for a full mind-body-spirit healing experience.
She teaches in her home in southeast Toronto and at the Dorothy Ley Hospice and Heart House Hospice in Mississauga and facilitates personal growth, mindfulness and leadership development workshops for patient support groups, stress and wellness clinics, corporations and government agencies, upon request.
Trained in theatre performance, Julia worked in the arts and culture sector as artistic and executive director leading organizations and producing festivals and events for over 25 years. Over the last 10 years her focus has shifted to
lifestyle, leadership and communications coaching
for healthcare professionals, mindfulness training, coaching and healing for people who want to live healthier, happier lives.
