I have been practicing meditation for over 20 years. I started teaching back in February. I teach a semi guided, mindful meditation called vipassana. This type of meditation is for every level of meditator, whether you have never meditated at all or if you meditate every day. I met my meditation teacher when I was 21 and continue to teach the same meditation that he taught me.
Classes are held every Monday and Thursday at 6pm. Private group sessions also available upon request.
