I guess I'm a professional student of life. I have an MBA from the University of Redlands, I found the corporate arena to be an unsatisfactory environment for my being. I have opted instead to serve others. I have the following credentials to support clients needs: I am am a Personal Fitness Trainer, a Comprehensive apparatus Pilates Teacher, a Pilates Teacher for Injuries and pathologies, an experienced Yoga Teacher with 500 hours E-RYT-500, LifeForce Yoga for Mood Management Practitioner I & II, and a Yoga Therapist Candidate IAYT-(C).
My passion is supporting others as they move into the best version of themselves. This can be achieved through movement and other practices when appropriate. The type of home practice developed is determined by the likes and dislikes of the client.
I work teach/coach at the Tri-communities movement center for The Movement Therapy Co (Debra Andersen), the fitness center at Galaxy Fitness and at the Center of Health - Desert Clinics Pain Institute all of which are in the High Desert area.
