Danielle Katz is a California State Certified Massage Therapist with over 800 hours of training. She was Nationally Certified in 2004.
Danielle specializes in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Technique, she utlizes Myofascial and Myoskeletal methods and has training in Swedish, Reiki, Shiatsu, as well as Equine Sports Massage. She received the majority of her training at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts, in Santa Cruz, CA.
Danielle has been a therapist since 2003 and has lent her expertise to the top spas, wellness centers, athletic clubs, and hotels in Sun Valley, Idaho; Santa Monica, CA and Tahoe, CA
She loves working with people to help them lead a healthier more pain free lifestyle.
Along with being a massage therapist, Danielle is an avid outdoor enthusiast who's adventures range from kayaking the length of the Mississippi River, guiding whitewater rafting trips in Oregon and Alaska, and trekking in New Zealand. She is a co-founder and Director of the non-profit Rivers for Change .
Her active lifestyle gives her a knowledge of movement and injury to better help you in the balance of yours.
She currently books sessions in Truckee, CA, the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, CA.
