My name is Justin Hromada. I am originally from Sedona, Arizona where I trained extensively in many healing modalities and began my career as a therapist. I am experienced with many types of living and working conditions which have taught me much about authentically connecting with people. My current interests are the mind-body connection and its therapeutic aspects, classical osteopathy, trauma and emotional release work, as well as immersing myself in the wildness of these incredible mountains any chance I can. I view my work as a call to service rather than a job and with that belief comes the responsibility to be fully present and aware with my clients so the therapeutic benefit of every session can be maximized in a rejuvenating way. My unique approach to hands on healing is known as myofascial bodywork. "Myo" being the reference to muscles, and "fascial" being the reference to the connective tissue found throughout the body from the superficial all the way down to the cellular levels. Pulling from multiple modalities rooted in deep tissue massage, sports therapy, structural integration, myofascial release, cranio-sacral work and many other approaches, I have crafted a bodywork experience that is equal parts relaxing, restorative and therapeutic. My longtime client base consists of people from all walks of life. I’ve worked with both professional and recreational athletes, yoga and body therapists, business and healthcare professionals, musicians and dancers, and individuals recovering from injury, accident, or surgical interventions. My work is customizable and therefore suited to anyone. I look forward to connecting with you.
