My business, Body Language Yoga, is devoted to giving my students the same joy, peace and calm that I get from yoga. I teach basic, gentle, Hatha yoga classes suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. We focus on increasing strength and flexibility while calming and relaxing to reduce stress.
I have been in the fitness industry for 30+ years. I started as a group fitness instructor and then in 1995 earned my certification as a personal trainer. In 2004, I trained with YogaFit to teach Yoga. I am also a Reiki practitioner.
