Welcome! My name is Jessica 'Sunshine' Klein, RYT-200, nurturer by nature. I am a happy hippie chic who loves hiking, music and yoga. Currently, I'm working towards my 500-hr certification with Starseed Yoga & Wellness in Verona, NJ. In 2009, I entered into a nine month 200-hr teacher training program with Starseed Yoga and began teaching in July of 2010. I also completed a Meditation teacher training with Reverend Jaganath Carrera and the Yoga Life Society in 2010. The current available services include Yoga & Meditation classes, as well as Sunshine Yoga Hikes, Wellness Coaching and Garden Assistance. My Yoga class is a unique mix of Vinyasa Yoga and Mindful Meditation that will stretch your body's limits and expand your awareness. Each day brings a new opportunity to serve, grow and love.
