Doors; Opening And Closing
"Every man is a door; when the door is closed, just search for the key gently! Remember that every door has a key!" ~ Mehmet Murat ildan As things begin, they also end. This isn't just reserved to life and death but all things. The ebb and flow of the Universe. Doors are always opening and closing in our life. While in most cases it's usually pretty straight forward, doesn't mean it's always easy to accept or comprehend. A door that's opened or closed can bring about some terrible things or some great things. I believe ... Read More
Genuinely Authentic; The Journey To Becoming Heart-Centered
"I was dead, then alive. Weeping, then laughing. The power of love came into me, and I became fierce like a lion, then tender like the evening star." ~ Rumi Not long ago, I made a public declaration to move my life forward. I didn't know how I was going to do it or, even what that looked like. Only that I didn't want to stay in the space that I was. I set a timeline for it to happen over a period of 7 weeks. Originally, it was for a side project that I was working on which ... Read More
Podcast Interview!
Ladies and gentleman, I'm proud to announce that I have been invited to be a guest on the podcast of 'On The Dean's List Radio'! I'm very excited and humbled by this amazing opportunity. On The Dean's List is hosted by Dean La Douceur, who is a Detroit-area writer, author, publisher, and just an all around great guy. His podcast focuses on the art of conversation, in which, the podcast feels like a coffee shop conversation with two friends as opposed to a traditional radio interview. The approach allows for more organic information to flow and ... Read More

A Lesson In Manifesting: Lessons From The Rose Bowl
On New Year's Day, the tradition of one of college football's most historic games was played. The Rose Bowl entered it's 100th game and brought two of the top teams in the nation. Stanford Cardinals and the Michigan State Spartans. Stanford had lost only 2 games, and won the PAC-12 Championship, with both loses coming in conference play. Michigan State had one loss against Notre Dame early in the season and had just finished pulling off the biggest upset over the then, #2 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes, in the Big 10 Championship game. Both teams were known ... Read More
Joining The New Family!
Today, I joined the family at Pure Health Center in Troy, Michigan. Pure Health Center is a wellness center founded by chiropractor Dr. Melissa Eiben who spent time building a practice in Florida before returning to Michigan to start her practice here. Her business is built around a complete wellness approach and she sought to create that within the practice as well. In addition to Melissa, there is also massage therapy and a nutritional coach in the center. I will be bringing my spiritual gift of Theta Healing into the wellness space as I begin a new chapter in... Read More
12 Reasons to Keep Going When You Feel Scared and Insecure
This is a guest post from the blog Prolific Living . I've been a fan of Farnoosh Brock and her writing and I enjoy the topics she chooses to post about. Much like myself, Farnoosh is a believer that you can live your passions and live more than one at a time, which she currently does and constantly talks about it. During the many phases of my own transition, her posts have actually helped me through some major shifts. I actually can remember reading her very first post and thinking of how much it applied to my situation at the ... Read More

Game of Life, Basic DNA and Advanced DNA certifications Last week, I traveled to Chicago to take another certification in my ThetaHealing journey and it was a beautiful trip. I took a course called "Game of Life" which deals with using Theta in business. Of course, as you may have guessed, it isn't just about business as those beliefs deal with the person in general. The course was led by a wonderful man named Sean Campbell, who made a wonderful video about his journey in ThetaHealing (I would encourage you to stop reading and wat... Read More
